Sorry I haven't been posting recently, guys, but I've been busy with lots of different things in several different directions. That being said I've been keeping up to date on Yugioh things and I even have a DevPro as well. While the ban list has been a big point of discussion lately, there has also been a rumor floating around that there will be a big change in gameplay coming up which several people took to mean the possibility of having a 20 card extra/side deck... but recent news suggests something different:
4 Ban lists per year.
According to Yugioh Edition Singapore's Facebook Page, the ban list (at least in the OCG) will change 4 times a year. The months for the changes are November, February, April, and July. This information was in the issue of JUMP along with the new ban list.
So what do you guys think of this possible change? I know a lot of people say that the first half of a format usually starts out fine and then something terrible happens with a new deck or decks halfway through and this could fix that. It could also be very costly for people trying to keep up with all of the changes.
